I've got to be quick today! We're late at the lan house because we spent the day at the mission Christmas party!! I'd send pictures, but it appears that my card adapter has gone haywire. Nice.
After a pretty rough week (wow, that seems to happen alot. Right?!) the weekend sure shaped up nicely. We had stake conference where we heard from an INCREDIBLE area authority who had everyone in hysterics and tears as he spoke, and the spirit that he brought sparked fire into us all! The ward mission leader called a meeting, and the members are ready to work. Now we've just got to retain that fire!
We got to watch the First Presidency Christmas Devotional :) and remember the true meaning of Christmas... oh and strain my eyes looking for Dad.
Today was wonderful! Sister and President Beynon spoke, we sang Christmas hymns, and watched a wonderful video that reflected the life of our Savior, there were drawings and beautiful personalized gifts for everyone. We played some bowling, water balloon toss, dodgeball, and hung out at the institute watching movies, playing wii, pingpong, foosball, pool and air hockey. :) It was great to have some fun and get out all my pent up energy.
